We are seeking an administrator to join a central Bristol office. Providing a professional, high-quality service to our clients. An important role in a small team, which is dynamic and varied.

The role:

  • Providing administrative support to the investment management team.
  • Full-time. Monday to Friday. Typically, 8am to 4.30pm (one hour lunch break).
  • Permanent position. 37 ½ hours per week.
  • This is an office-based role. BS1 / Bristol Temple Meads location with good transport links. Primarily an office-based role, but an element of remote working might be possible in due course.

Main responsibilities:

  • Acting as a primary point of customer contact and providing excellent service.
  • Providing admin support to portfolio managers.
  • Completing all required administration processes, daily admin tasks and co-ordinating general business tasks.
  • Effectively managing personal workload.
  • Onboarding clients and maintaining client records. Updating internal back-office systems.
  • Maintaining customer relationships.
  • Preparing for meetings and presentations.
  • Updating marketing literature, website and social media accounts.
  • Maintaining and growing contact list for marketing purposes.

The ideal candidate:

  • At least 3 years’ admin experience, ideally in financial services.
  • Customer focused, with an ability to build strong relationships with client and third-party contacts at all levels.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Confident with excel and mail merges.
  • Experience of IT design packages and knowledge of WordPress.
  • Knowledge of social media for professional marketing.
  • Motivated, outgoing and friendly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, effectively prioritising workload.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes or situations.
  • A passion for customer service and customer experience.

Package:

  • Offering £22,000-£28,000, depending on experience.
  • Plus annual discretionary bonus and benefits.
