Client Portal & Secure Messaging

We have a new Client Portal that incorporates secure messaging for all our clients. The portal will provide clients with secure and instant access to information about their portfolios.

  • If you have received your email invitation and access instructions to the new portal, please follow the instructions below.
  • If you are not registered for the new Client Portal, but you would like to access to our new online services or you have not yet received access instructions.

New Client Portal Registration Process

1 – Receive registration emails

You will be sent two emails from us, one containing your username and then another containing a randomly generated password along with a link to the Client Portal log in screen

2 – Login and change password

Follow the link and log in with these details, you will be asked to choose a more memorable password

3 – Answer security questions

You will then be asked to choose and answer two security questions

4 – Completed

You now have access to your portfolio
